inconsistent service and food quality
slow check-industy rooms
The check-in process was slow (there was only one person at the desk), resulting in a half-hour wait. our rooms in the annex were dusty, showing a lack of attention to cleaning details. the food quality was disappointing. Chips were raw and cold. during our visit, drunk men were shouting at staff members in the bar.

The location was acceptable, close enough to everything without being too noisy.
I found the room size quite misleading. The website showed pictures taken with the door open, inflating the sense of space. the so-called king-sized bed was debatable and the small room made navigating around the widescreen tv a challenge. Staff seemed undertrained. They were pleasant, but clearly lacked proper guidance, which wasn't really their fault but resulted in a subpar experience.

The hotel's location allowed an easy walk into town, great for exploring. parking was available. I found it convenient. i had a decent-sized bedroom and enjoyed the reliable wifi (it made planning my days easy). breakfast offered a good start to the day.
i experienced a slight delay at check-in, but the staff resolved it quickly.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. The hotel's location was quite convenient. I found parking very easy, a big plus, especially since I had a rental car. The grounds looked LOVELY to me, perfect for a relaxing evening stroll.
The room was a bit warm and there wasn't a proper window for fresh air (just the bathroom window).

The hotel has a great location near the town. I found it easy to park. Everything in the hotel seemed well maintained. I felt they made an effort.
The room was not serviced . I requested the service twice. I was offered a drinks voucher instead of having the room cleaned. I would have appreciated fresh towels and coffee.
